I am from the UK and did preorder, only way I got through to Nick was filling out the cancel order form. Then the response seemed alot more urgent.

I just received my Valor and it's a wonderful mouse besides the DPI and acceleration issues which I'm sure will be fixed through driver updates soon.
I just want to ask Nick if my mouse is part of the new batch of fixed mice.
Code at the back: S/N VAL35000240

Also not sure how to PM him since I'm new here.

I'm a UK bod and I got mine on Saturday (after 3 emails asking where it was and *** was going on!) and agree with KNormy, it's a lovely bit of kit, just a shame the firmware's crap.

Does anyone know anything about the firmware fix? How long did it take CM to fix the Spawn, that was a good couple of months wasn't it?

took CM almost 5 months to fix the firmware on the spawn which people are still having probs with. mine jitters at the 800dpi setting. it's going to take some time cause it's a new sensor..... nicks mentioned this before i think

been using my valor full time now at the 1000dpi setting (or w/e you guys want to say it is) and I love it - i think i prefer this 1000dpi setting now over other mice I would use at a lower dpi

It took CM 4 months to fix the Spawn iirc, despite their size and previous experience creating gaming mice.

Patience... 37 days and counting for my mouse sadsmiley.gif

Shame. I'm sure they'll fix it, but if it took a massive company like CM 4/5 months I guess it'll be a while before Puretrak get it sorted.

Maybe I'll take it to work and use it there, it's a shame to leave it sat in its box...

Yup told nick the same via email, would love to use the mouse but the DPI issues make it impossible to use.
Nick offered to rma the mouse but its firmware that's the problem, the feel,weight and coating on the mouse is perfect just need to fix the damn firmware.

Hi Guys

Just registered to ask if any UK residents who have ordered their mouse still haven't recieved it?

I've tried using their website to enquire about it's status but I don't seem to get a reply to any of my messages....

I'm getting rather concerned since it was supposed to be dispatched over 2 months ago.

I recieved mine a couple of weeks back. I had to email Nick numerous times as well as mailing them through their website before I got any information about it though
