Just need firmware now :/
hm anyone know when the production of the Valor is in such a state that there will not be any needed fixes anymore ? (like a stable version)
i can definitely wait 1-2 months for my Valor and Talent/Stealth =P

thanks to firmware upgrades those can be updated anytime, i'm not worrying about that^^

The mouse itself is fine, no more coating issues or wobble issue. But DPI steps are the main problem,so much jitter at even low dpi. Go into paint on any DPI and you wont be able to draw a straight line.
So at the moment mine is in my draw waiting for firmware :/

How is the control speed on this thing? If one plays with low dpi with very quick mouse movement with LO, does the cursor lag at all?

there were not coating issues i don't think. only one person that had an issue with their coating. only like 20 people had the other issues with the valor.

anywho, buddy of mine just got his last weekend and his didn't have any issues cept for the DPI being a little funny. he adjusted his senstivity and is good to go.

also, this mouse has NO jitter. just a bit of negative accel at 500 & 2500. 1000 and 3500 are perfecto

Inability to draw straight lines is actually a good thing. It means no prediction on the sensor.

And you cantdraw a straight line because the human body cant draw a straight line.

So that's not jitter. Dont confuse people

It's actually marketing BS from one of the "gaming" company (SteelSeries?). Of course you can draw a straight line, it's possible with low CPI.

Well with 10 dpi's -sure. But in general terms, even at 400 dpi its nearly impossible.

For those that have managed to RMA their Valor, how did you go about it? I've emailed Purertack and Nick 3 times in the last 9 days with no response. Am I being impatient? What's the average response time and how many emails should I expect to send?
