Puretrak Valor Information Thread - Page 152

I just want to know, could someone with a smaller hand (6-6.5 inches) use this mouse without discomfort, or is it to bulky? Oh and when are they going to update the firmware?

my hands are just a tad bit bigger and it fits perfect for me. i think the valor was built to cater to medium to smaller hands. its easily one of the most comfortable palm mice ive ever held

they'll prob update the firmware in the next 2 months or so. the 1000 and 3500dpi settings work perfectly fine.... some say they feel different than 1000 or 3500 but no accel, jitter, or other nonsense. i use 1000, adjusted my settings a bit, and actually like it more than 800 or 500 or whatever low sens i used before

3500 is definitely not fine for me. It has a very low perfect control speed which exhibits negative acceleration.

I can only speak for myself, but I had a cable malfunction and they were very quick to respond. I had my replacement mouse in hand in 3 business days from when they (Nick) responded to my email.

I wouldn't say you're being impatient at all, but have you sent in an RMA request through their site. Or, just sent an email to their regular address? I did the former on a Friday no less, and it was answered in less than 8 hours.

I'm losed my hope about it before one and half month, highly dissapointed.

I sent an RMA request via their website on the 9th, followed by another a few days later. I have also emailed nick directly. I've just now sent a fourth email.

Oh, and a friend that ordered their Valor before me is still waiting to take delivery.

Maybe puretrak is closing doors. Atleast feels like it. Possibly released whole customer support team already?

Didn't get response from the webform. Sent mail about my mouse being ****ed up, got response asking for photos, sent photos, no response, sent mail ~week later informing that I'm waiting, no response. Been 2 weeks now without any contact from them, maybe its time to send them message again.

Maybe it's time to bury this mouse and be done with it :/
