Its used for some casual netbook/laptop usage in the house lol.. they didnt respond to the email.. sent them like 5.

Puretraks customer service is AWFUL. They apparently sent my mousepad 2-3 weeks ago and was supposed to arrive in 2-3 days. They did not respond to my emails or requests for information a week after it was late. They didn't respond until after I received it saying there was a bad batch. I will never be buying from them again.

i've dealt with puretrak quite a bit and have never had an issue getting a hold of them. Usually a response in 2-3 hours or 24 hours at the moment. and if they made a mistake they usually resolve it with over the top methods like including another pad or a free set of skates. Try to directly email sales@puretrak.com or info@puretrak.com... bet you'll get a response quickly.

Sent them an email to their info@puretrak.com and used the website to request info a week before that. Between that and the Valor, that's enough for me to swear off a company.

I think it's just related to the Valor, they realized it was a failure and lack the funds to continue supporting it properly and probably went full on CBA on the Valor.

At least I got a free Talent pad for preordering the Valor. I'm not going to buy anything else other than talent pads from them again though. The Valor is the biggest piece of garbage on the market.
