Not sure, they haven't made an announcement as far as I know. Try contacting them.

Looks like Puretrak cheaped out and got someone else to sell them the same OEM shell instead of designing their own.

"Neither, technically. I'm glad you brought this up as well since I know a few people will see similarities between ours and the two you listed. Both of the designs you listed were common OEM designs that were rebadged according to their specific purchaser. While ours may look similar, the shell work has been revamped and altered specifically to our specifications. The overall stance is wider which includes wider mouse buttons as well as more overall "palm" grip. As you can see, our mouse does not feature any sort of multimedia button either. The thumb and side grips were also altered for a better, more natural feel."

Reminds me of this thing:

It looks lightweight and cheap, like the MX518.

Its still the same exact shape with very minor changes. Even though Zowie took the general idea from the IE 3.0/DA for the EC1 and EC2 they at least made their own shell.

This Valor shape/copy still might be good, I don't have any experience with its older clones. I wonder if they are going to rip off another shell or design their own for their rumored claw/fingertip mouse.

As long as it's a comfortable grip, it isn't disappointing at all. All we've ever wanted as gamers is for them to put a deathadders sensor into a Logitech's body.

I dont randomly buy palm grip mice anymore as i know i am a claw gripper now. The claw grip mouse is not as common as the palm grip.

Yea but at least Zowie did that because of the overall satisfaction of the CS community with the IE3.0. Heck heaton used a 3.0 for alot of his career before he went to a IMO1.1.

Its the cs community influence and it was a smart play.

This had my attention until i got a good look at it.

If only i could mod the srom on my ec2 with the avago 3090 settings and just solder it in tongue.gif THAT would be a nice mouse.
