when a mouse has an "ergonomic" design that usually just means some odd shape. i rarely see an ergonomic mouse that is actually comfortable. good thing i have ordered the spawn

again purenick im willing to show you what to do to make a winning mouse design just hit me up

Dood, if you're such an expert, why aren't you working in the field already and making a mouse you want to use? The way you talk make you seem like the trash of this planet.

I haven't noticed a wobble on mine on either the qck+ or talent pads, but just on my desk I do. I did see the accel issues when testing the mouse on 500dpi though. The mouse is pretty comfy for me the 4 and 5 buttons are a tad higher then you would like. I don't know yet if I want to return it or not.

some people just are good at things

surely as a starcraft player you know that some of your friends are just better or you are better then them

purenick is a scrub. hes a scrub because he used that mouse design and im almost 100 percent sure i would design a better mouse because im very creative

programming isnt hard its the creative part thats the hard part and that applys to this mouse

So whats everyone doing how many of you are returning it? Is there a mouse with a similar shape and just as good of a sensor and no wobble? Or am I better off just going back to my G5/DA and waiting.

The only other mice that have "just as good of a sensor" are the Razer Deathadder 3 and 3.5G and the Coolermaster spawn. And, no they don't have a similar shape, not in slightest in the spawn's case and the deathadder has many critical flaws. Not as bad as the accel/DPI issues on the valor however. Waiting to recieve mine this tommorow.

If possible, I'm returning. This was supposed to have the best sensor, alas, it possess neither proper form nor function.

Abyssus has the best sensor imo, but I can't recommend it, due to the high lift-off and polling issues. MX518, G5v2, DA otherwise.

The wobble can be fixed, and hopefully Puretrak can fix the 500dpi setting. CM managed it with the same sensor.

Still disappointing.

edit: I'm probably keeping it because my mx310 and WMO are worn down to nubs.

I've been waiting a month and a half, probably won't get this until Saturday, and don't really want to keep using a ten-year-old M-S48a while I wait for something else to ship.

Can we get short term fixes/guarantees?

Like if we need to peel the feet off to remove burrs to fix the wobble and the feet tear, knowing we can still return the mouse if the acceleration issue can't be fixed.

Can we shave pointy/draggy bits off the bottom of the Valor to keep it from scratching the Talent and still return it? If not, can we return the Talent if the mouse scratches it in normal use?

And, could the original firmware before the dpi levels were changed be posted on the Puretrak website so we can get (what should be) smooth performance at those levels while we wait?

I don't mind working through things, but I don't want to get screwed for doing it compared to people who bail immediately.
