They should give you some kind of prize. Or let you get 24 points before ban hammer.

The main reason i don't want to get any points is because my insurance will double because i'm under 21. I can't afford £188 a month, lol.
I'm getting my insurance started today and it's going to cost me £190 a month on a Peugeot 106!!

£190/month... what a rip off. Have you shopped around? I live in Swindon and paid around £900 when I was 17 on a Toyota Corolla and Vauxhall Corsa SXI 1.2.

You must be 17 or have 3 points already then. Otherwise something is seriously wrong.

I always try to mash left ctrl for nitrous when I'm driving home from work. Then I remember I'm not playing Hot Pursuit.

He He!

In the 21yrs i've been on road, i've never had so much as a parking ticket! I once had a 7 day wonder (you probably don't know what that is), but that was all.

£190 month?!

I just renewed my car insurance 1 feb, fully comp, it was £152 ...

...for the whole year!

...which I thinks a rip off! PMSL

Yeah, the cheapest I have found is Aviva. Who did you go with?

I'm 19 and have a completely clean record. A lot of my friends say they had to pay atleast 1700 no matter what. Mines just going to have to be £2000. Sucks.

I started out life on Direct Line when I was 17 for around £900-£1000 a year. I'm now with Admiral for around £500/year having driven for 5 years. Car insurance has gone up a ton recently, but £190/month is silly, that cannot be right. You should note that I live in an area with almost no crime... so yah, that probably makes a difference. If you live in Swindon, that may be different.

My Two cents are as follows:

People who play driving games may like to drive faster, but they are probably more skillful.

For example, me and a bunch of friends all went go-karting for the first time (at 21, dont ask me how we lasted that long without going go-karting) and the leaders of the race were the 2 of us who loved driving games, esp. realistic ones like forza (not NFS) despite all having driving licenses. mainly because we understood basic things like racing lines, braking before you enter the corner, not accelerating while turning. In that respect we were the "Better Drivers" however, my friend loves racing games and is a clown for speeding all the time (me not so much).

Also, i dont think its people like to drive fast BECAUSE they love driving games, i think that people love driving games because they like to drive fast.
