Overclocking Issue AMD Proc. ECS Board (NVIDIA 8800GTS FPS Problem)

First off i am new to this forum so if i posted in the wrong section i apologize! I will attach a screen shot of CPU-Z information. I am a virgin to overclocking and have read a couple information guides to try and get started somewhere, my Bios doesn't have any overclocking options. Was wondering if someone could help me get stated in the right direction.

This was a HP built computer Model# A6167c, I modified it by putting a 650 Watt power supply to support a 8800 GTS Nvidia video card, and also upgraded to windows 7. I searched HP's website to re-install the BIOS to see if that would allow me access but the only download is for Windows Vista (not sure if this would add Overclocking options or not)!

The Reason why i am searching for overclocking help is because this Video card is only running a steady 40 FPS with lag dropping down to 8 FPS in World of Warcraft on MEDIUM settings. I have a feeling that the CPU is slowing down the Video card (Just an assumption)!

Again i am a complete virgin to Overclocking and know the risc's associated with it, and am searching for any help possible. Thanks !

Your processor is pulling it back, quite a lot actually.

WoW loves quadcores just for the sake of it.

A powerful GPU doesn't make much of a difference to be honest.

Thank you for the fast response. I had a feeling it was i usually build my comps. from scratch, but i took the easier route this time and bought a box computer, threw in a new PSU, Video card, & RAM ! I read other peoples FPS rates with same video card this thing should be getting a steady 60-80 with 100FPS+ on Ultra settings. Now it is playable but flying around major cities drops it around 6-15 FPS sometimes and its a major bummer : ( !

I will totally understand if there are no options i can proceed with to try and adjust it a little, i plan on building a comp in the future, but until then if someone has any ideas that would be GREAT !

Might i add that i know that it is not my Internet Connection because i'm running FIOS with 32 Down, 15 Up !
