New Rig , ordering soon, feedback plz

Thread Starter
hi
i'm getting a new one of the comming weeks:

http://bit.ly/ghxrZP

is this any good ? ^^

mobo : i like the color scheme ^^ since the M4E is 100 € more ...
cpu: 2500k , gaming only
cooler: H70 (+ 2x FM123) , after reading a lot, i've seen that this cooling is good enough for a decent overclock , since i don't want to put on to more than the max recommend volts (i want to keep this rig , and don't want to much degration) and just because it looks WAYYYY better than the NH-D14
case: NZXT phantom with color mod red (i have an antec 1200 , and H8! the blue)
GC : gtx 570 sc evga, better oc's on the sc ... ( if i wont stay stock )
OR : sli gtx 560 so gigabyte ( factory 1GHz core)
mem: just 4 gb
hard drive : 1 TB samsung F3 ( will add more storage later on , when i need it)

any better suggestions on mouse , keyboard, headphone or mousemap?

greetz

I own a pair of the Razer Carcharias, and they are quite possibly the worst headset I have ever owned. I have been through 5 sets of those through the warranty because the mic cables have been terribly wired and will disconnect quite easily and you will have no mic (this headset is well known for it). Although, in their defense, they sound amazing and are very comfortable, just wish they would fix that microphone issue. I switched to the Astro A40's and they are much nicer. I think you could find a better headset in your price range.

Props for not saying "about to pull the trigger".

I recommend the logitech g35 to you. I've had mine for over a year and there's no sign it's wearing out.

i dunno if i missed it, but you need a SSD for your OS

They are nice, but kind of like putting rims on your car. It'd work just fine with hubcaps but rims are nicer.

You'll get faster boot/load times with everything that you put on the SSD, but most SSD's are expensive per gb and you can't put a whole lot of data on the small cheap ones once you put the OS on there.
