I've seen plenty of people get PB kicked for something being detected. Unless people are getting admin kicked more than I realize, I would say PB catches more than admins. There are always certain hacks that don't get detected though, and an admin had to end up dealing with it.

The only thing I'm about to fear is the comparison when people start pricing out cost per hour of a game in relation to income.

Personally I don't really care about single player (unless it's Mass Effect 3 ), and generally buy games for their competitive nature. Multiplayer exponentially increases a games life cycle and playability.

I very very rarely see a hacker online. Maybe 1 every 5-6 hours of play and they last about 2 minutes in the server before the admin bans them, and then they never come back.
Well I'm sorry to break the truth to you mate, I've seen multiple hackers come in an play straight for a while, then turn on the switch and start owning everyone, when they are losing...

I've also seen one particular hacker/cheater, he was pretty arrogant about everything and talked crap to everyone too, who came in and owned THE ENTIRE server for a LONG TIME, and kept coming back to do it again, repeatedly, furthermore, he is STILL out there doing it!

If you think I'm kidding or lying, then maybe it's because your server is watched more, however many other servers even the admins and those allowed to play on the server are using special code, and YES THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT!!!!

The problem with these servers is, they hook code into the server and run it, but they think all players are idiots, I can spot a cheater a freaking mile away...

The real problem with battlefield bad company 2 isn't so much the cheating, because lets face it, you can play offline, the problems are many fold, and I just don't care to waste more words on a company that pushes stuff like this.

Even if the game is short, I'll just play through it again. Usually achievements help fuel this if need be or if it's a game like Vanquish - there is always beating scores.
This is called replay value, which I talked about in my first post, it's gotta be fun, and the game has got to have at least some replay value, or it's just not a game, not really.

I'm particularly sick of these vanilla copies of a game, or generic renditions of what really is a game, most of them are a fail, and the players will be quick to tell you why, it's just that nobody listens!

Magic the Gathering WAS a great game, then they morphed it into some weird rendition of pokemon, a creature summong game, which quickly became an utter fail, WOTC R&D blew the game and hard!

If game makers were smart, they'd listen to the players, those that cant or wont will quickly find their products laying untouched on a shelf and unable to sell more, and that my friends is what it all boils down to, truly.
