Why do you care what people spend their money on? It seems like you are trying to convince yourself you don't need a new card(yours is old).
I honestly don't care what cards people spend their money on, I just don't see that big a difference between dx10 and 11

hey buddy, its not a go at you for not buying a new card,
it depends person to person

some didnt have a powerful card, they needed to upgrade, so bought a dx11 card

some like you still have a powerful card, some still have gtx 295 or sli 285 or xfire 4890, they didnt get chance to upgrade, money or any other issue, so they didnt upgrade

some are enthusiasts, they like to go with the latest in market, they regularly do it
if you dont feel like using dx11 card, then wait out for another 8-10 months, then buy another one, nothing really big you know, if you are a casual gamer, you are not missing something very big
but if you are an enthusiast, watch some videos in youtube, some dx11 games, might catch your eye
