Looks pretty good to start with, great case choice
Just:
Antec NEO ECO 620W - $65 after promo EMCKHKJ42, $45 AR (Cheaper before rebate and even more after). Equal (or better due to new TX650 revision) quality.
If you're not going to use the iGFX, get the ASUS M4A79XTD EVO for $96, $81 AR. Just as good (though slight vDroop may affect overclocking just a bit) and much cheaper.
Save $2 with F3 1TB on Superbiiz (also people have found they are better for shipping when it comes to HDDs)

Looks like a pretty solid build.
Id try to look for a motherboard with a 890fx or 890gx chipset.
I know this is a little more than you planned to spend- BIOSTAR TA890FXE. But it does have a $10 MIR. And reviews have shown it to be a good overclocker. And it has Sata 6.
It's at least a consideration.

Corsair generally makes high quality psu, so no worries there. You are overpaying for ram. Look here:

Nah, that RAM is pretty solid for the price since it's the cheapest 1600Mhz kit that can reach lower timings than 7-8-7. Of the two RAM kits you suggested, the Ripjaws are well overclockers but are a bit high-edged in price and I don't recommend the A-Data at all because a lot of people have had problems with that on AMD systems.

For a more budgetized RAM choice than the 7-8-7 Ripjaws, you can choose the HyperX Blu 1600 CL9 4GB for $50, $35 after rebate. For a lower price they will at the very least reach 1600 8-8-8 and may be able to manage 7-8-7, and also do 2000 CL9, so they overclock as well as the CL9 Ripjaws and come with a nice rebate that makes it cheaper than generic 1333 CL9 kits

Thanks for the input!! I will probably go with that PSU if it isn't any different than the one I picked. Ram will stay the same. As for the mobo goes, I never dealt with biostar. How is that brand?? You get what you pay for sorta deal??

How is this mobo??

Looks good! Both pci-e slots are x16 in case you ever want to go crossfire.

I bought a TA890FXE and returned it for a Asus M4A88T-V Evo on my just completed 955 BE build. The TA890FXE is a hit or miss board. The M4A88T is the best sub $130 AM3 board that I have experienced and I have owned them all. It overclocks similar to my Gigabyte 890-UD5 though I think the UD5 is superior but at a $180 price point.
