cpu-z glitch?? or it's my proc..or the mobo

ok, something weird happen..cpu-z show my proc running at 2.4Ghz while obviously i set up bios for 3.4Ghz..is that cpu-z not showing up actual number or is that because my proc degraded? my sytem is as below..

Disable C1E in the BIOS.

It's because the CPU down clocks to save power.

Run Prime95 and see it go up.

i think there is no c1e option in my bios..or speedstep

i post cpuz screen here..bus speed return to default and multi only get 9x which, even if windows/system revert it to default, it should be 9.5x..right?
nvm,multi got change in bios, LOL ..but the puzzle is still there, why cpuz post my bus speed 266 while my bios setup is 358..

edit: ok, scratch this thread..already got the solution, just reset the CMOS and voila, OC is normal again..Google really is a godsend from the internet heaven
