Im so excited that I just had to share. I have an Antec 900 case (good when it came out but it sure seems lacking nowdays) with 3 120mm case fans, 2 120mm CPU (Mugen push/pull) fans, the Antec big boy, 1 80mm fan (on the side window (cant fit a 120mm due to the Mugen), the 120mm psu fan, plus the two fans on my 5870.

Thats 10 fans and omg was this thing loud. Insane loud. I had all stock Antec Tricool Fans on high before plus a differnt CPU heatsink. I replaced all fans with Sythe Slipstream fans. Then I used a y splitter for the fans so that I could use them on the mobo headers that supported Asus fan Xpert and set it all to quiet, and reduced the idle fan speed of the CPU fans. It is soooo much quieter.

While I was in there I also used compressed air to clean it out for the first time in 10 or so months. So while it doesn't move near as much air, the temps are pretty much the same as they were before (perhaps 1c hotter) but 10 x quieter. Im very pleased..
