I'm unable to carry on a discussion with you. I'm not sure if it's a language barrier or if you have head trauma, but nothing you've said makes any sense. Since you're unable to defend your statement, I'll simply call your bluff. I will purchase as many cpus from you on that list as you wish and I will pay $200 less than what you pay since that's your guesstimation of what they'll be worth when Bulldozer launches. I dare you to sell me even a single cpu thumb.gif How many do you want to sell me?

Useless comment is useless, why both comparing CPUs in non CPU intensive applications? Your comment baffles me!

Because that is what most of us do. For people who don't do a fair amount of well-multithreaded, CPU intensive work it doesn't make sense to spend the extra money for i7 over Phenom II.

$50 says it's a response to the second generation i processors.

Well it looks like the Phenom II 840 they're releasing is actually an Athlon II in disguise. It doesn't have any L3 cache according to tpu's review.

I wonder why they're calling it a Phenom.

I wonder why they're calling it a Phenom.

Should be because of an unlocked multiplier, though there doesn't seem to be one here apparently...

Your seriously complaining about lower costs?...I bet if supermarkets brought out another type drink that lowered your shopping costs, you'd still whinge about that eh?..

Man I want that 1090T and the unlocked multiplier. My freaking board maxes the FSB out at 290. Anyone want to trade +cash?

The only complaint I have is substantially lower resale value.

Phenom II 965 BE was never $350 USD in the USA. Specify which currency you are using and what country you are from.

Oh. I knew something was off with what I remembered. Nice point out. It was ~250 on newegg for the longest time. I remember comparing this with a cheaper i5-750 then. =P
