I've had the same thing with mine for a long time, but my rad is mounted above my pump so its only a problem when i have to turn the case on its side for something or another. If you can I'd just move the rad and not worry about it unless you want to RMA.

For it not to move untill you raised the radiator prob mean's it's quite a large air bubble. To that end I think your your only real option is an RMA.
actually the H50 pump is very weak. Bubbles have a very tough time being pulled around by it, that is why it only does it when the bubbles can go up.
