I have one of those (in my past lol) don't remember my mobo even having the bios to OC but if your looking for info on how to OC check this tread out http://www.overclock.net/amd-general/91-ultimate-overclocking-guide.html

It's a place to start.

Why your brother's PC anyway and not yours? LOL

Here's a little better (less confusing) link which I learned from http://www.overclock.net/amd-general/525113-phenom-ii-overclocking-guide.html

It does cover the Phenom II but has a lot good info on how to OC the old school way that your looking for as well. Don't exceed 55c on the cpu socket temp and max safe voltage 24/7 I wouldn't pass higher than 1.5v (lower would be safer). Read the "Reference Clock" section for starters, and watch those temps close!

First read that latest link I sent you. It'll explain how, and what to look for.

Disable Cool & Quiet.

You'll want to SLOWLY increase the Reference clock (Adjust CPU FSB Freq) in 1st screen. Raise by 3-5MHz and restart PC till it will BSOD or not boot into windows. Than raise Vcore slightly and run a quick test of prime95 15-20 minutes. Repeat process till it fails again. Than raise Vcore to make stable again. Repeat this process as far as you can go. Max Vcore is 1.5v or 55c which ever comes first.

After you re-read the thread I sent you (several times if ness) it will start to make sense to you. CPU Voltage = Vcore. You really need to study the how too's in the (Reference clock section) before digging in to heavily. There is a lot that goes along with this, that I haven't fully explained but this should give you just a basic idea of how to start. I can only suggest what you need to do, but you need to learn the very basics of how things work before you start. Than also research your bios (google) to locate what options you have, to adjust.

In your bios you'll need to find Vcore adjustment, memory voltage, maybe even a memory freq multiplier, and CPU/NB Voltage (VDDNB) if it has one. Dram Config may allow you to set timings to manf specs (no pic to see). Now I did see CPU Clock & Voltage at the bottom of the 2nd pic you may find something there for Vcore, you'll have to research it a bit to know.
