Ways to improve my 4GHz overclock?

I am currently at 4GHz Stable for 10 passes very high IBT. I am wondering what I can adjust in order to lower my Voltage needed.

Right now I need 1.3000 to gain stability at 4GHz, which seems a little high to me considering I don't have problems on Prime at lower volts, just IBT.

See pics below for settings and Tests. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Temps are not a problem. Max of 74C on Load, and that was after 15 runs of IBT.

10 passes isn't a good way to say you are stable, that is just enough to say you are stable enough to try a higher clock. Run 100 passes, then say you are stable.

My chip is 200 passes stable.

I know I am looking for improvement before I do 200 passes and 24hrs prime 95. I am not going higher clocks, I am just looking for ways to tweak my current OC before I do more testing.

Oh ok, cool. It looks good, I would say go for more testing and watch your temps for about the first 30 minutes of testing.

As they said, prime 95 the hell out of it.

Keep testing voltages until you go as low as you can. After that, just work on controlling and lowering your temps. That is one thing that I am constantly trying to improve on my rigs. I may not want to push my FSB anymore, but improving temps is half of the process for me. Maybe try out an H70 and I'll bet you'll see some nice improvements.

You have the 950, so that runs stock at 3.06 Ghz...A 4 GHz overclock is pretty damned good....Just keep it nice and cold!

If you want to really cool it down. Get the Rasa RS240 kit for it.
If you have the h50 don't even go for the h70. would be a waste of money.

Yeah, that was my boof. I looked up some stats on the h50 vs h70 after I posted and realized this.
