Am I going to fry my 1055T @ 3,5GHz?

The desktop in question is in the signature. I'm mostly worried about component lifespan and overheating/volting. Initial settings were 1.375V without LLC, and NB speed and voltage were auto, and RAM was 1333MHz at auto voltage, the thread and BIOS settings have evolved like so:

CPU/NB Multiplier: 14.0x
HT Ref.: 250Mhz
HT Link speed: 2000Mhz
vCore: 1.30V with LLC enabled
CPU/NB voltage: 1.25V
NB speed: 2500MHz
RAM: 1667Mhz 9-9-9-27
vDIMM: 1.65V

I've disabled all the extra features of the processor as per the 1055T Overclocking Guide

New questions I still would like to hear answers to:
1. HWMonitor says stress temps are 50°C at stock, 52°C at 1.30V and 3.5GHZ?! is that normal or even sensible? Should I re-seat and re-apply TIM?

2. My keyboard was TOTALLY scrambled during one boot, M-key was enter and most didn't work, also happened in BIOS and virtual keyboard during another boot. After resetting BIOS everything went back to normal. What is dying, or was it a really messed up bug? During Bad Company 2 screen flipped upside down before a CTD, but system remained usable. Will re-try overclocking to see what's going on. Spybot S&D and MBAM have been ran, S&D found some adware but it was inconclusive otherwise..

Hell no! Don't read the core temp's, read the main CPU tempature. and your CPU is just great. I'm going to clock my 1055T to 4.2GHz @ 1.52V as we speak 1.55V is the max voltage for the 1055T

Another night and day of Tripcode Explorer, the temps I witnessed were 34-54°C so still within the acceptable limits.

I'm wondering about the CPU/NB voltage, it's currently set at auto, but I'm a bit neurotic about the board frying itself if I leave it at auto..

I'm wondering about the CPU/NB voltage, it's currently set at auto, but I'm a bit neurotic about the board frying itself if I leave it at auto.. Here's a pic of the BIOS, if you have any idea should I fiddle with the NB voltage and CPU/NB voltages, please chime in.

THIS PIC ISN'T MY PERSONAL BIOS BUT AN EXAMPLE

Get your settings like this:

FSB: 286
CPU: 4.0GHz
Northbridge: 2860MHz
HT: 2002MHz
DRAM 1520MHz @ CL 9
CPU VCore: 1.5V
CPU-NB: 1.37V
NB 1.28V
DRAM 1.65V or 1.71V
HT Voltage: 1.28V or 1.3V

Try and keep your CPU tempature under 58C if possible, I just replaced my TiM on my cooler and my temp's are hitting 60C... so I'm running small tests now to try are cure the Tim.... My old temps were about 53C.

I hope this information helps you

you can probably lower that Vcore a bit, i run mine @3.5ghz with 1.325v and since you have a ASUS board possibility is high that you can go even lower. i would test 1.30v and see if thats stable for you.

Hehe, forgot to post the image in the last post of mine, I went away right after posting it, sorry for any confusion.

vCore: 1.325V (I bumped this and NB up from 1.3V and 1.23V respectively since they seemed to make prime95 crash REAL fast. Now it's been ok for an hour or so.)
vDIMM: 1.5V haven't touched this one since my RAM is basically underclocked.
NB voltage: 1.25V

Northbridge is 2500MHz (is this enough of an overclock?)
HT Link Speed is 2000MHz
FSB is 250MHz x 14.0 = 3500MHz
RAM is 1333Mhz 9-9-9-24

*** EDIT ***
Looks like it's not stable at 1.325V without LLC, put it on and although my temps are back to 54°C it's now stable *shrug* will fiddle with the settings a bit more when I have time, I feel more like playing Minecraft than being stuck to BIOS at the moment.

I'll get back to this thread when I have some actual results, before that I won't bug you with asking about everything

nice double post, accidentally quoted myself, sorry.

Won't fry it unless 1. temperatures get suddenly out of control (i.e. improperly applied cooler) or 2. you begin to use ~1.475V or above.
Try and get your RAM to rated settings or lower your timings to compensate; i.e. at 1333Mhz run ~7-7-7 to compensate

Interesting, would that make it more stable? At the moment I've managed to lower vCore to 1.30V with the LLC on, CPU-Z doesn't report higher voltage than 1.356V during load, and it seems to be much more stable. NB is still at 2500MHz and it's voltage was the stock + 0.025V with CPU/NB LLC on.

But yeah my RAM is still at 1333MHz 9-9-9-24

No good reason to undervolt the ram. Run it at what it is supposed to run at (1.65V). The idea of OC'ing is to have the ram running as close to or slightly under its rated speed when you have reached you OC'ing target speed. Timings should be set to rated timings for the rated speed. You can mess with timings when all else is said and done.
