Any interest in this build log?

Thread Starter
Im thinking of finding an old 486 system, and doing a build log with it....

It may have some case mods, sleeving, maybe some interesting configurations, a modified version of windows 3.1, probably find a newer power supply and solder the old at plug onto it, and probably whatever else i can throw at it...

Would this generate any interest?

Posted this in the intel section, even though not all 486's were intel..

Because an old ibm compatible pc is going for 200-ish plus for something that is semi operational. I'm willing to pay for supplies in making an old system cool, but not for paying 200+ dollars for a 21 year old system when the same amount of money can make a current system.

until I started looking, i saw them ALL OVER the place, people gettin rid of them, on the side of the road, ect. Now that I need one, they cant be found
