As much as I find MLG to be a silly affair overall, it's entertaining to watch. One thing I'm curious about is why they chose the PS3 version of black ops. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the 360 THE console for call of duty titles? I mean, Microsoft threw money at activision to delay DLC for the PS3 and PC versions.

The Halo prizes are for teams of 4. The Starcraft 2 players actually make more individually

AFAIK Starcraft 1/2 is the biggest esport out there right now money wise.

I still hate mlg for promoting the competitive fps console games. Everyone knows PC gamers would destroy them in cross system play. But we all know why they do it, because they're greedy. /rant

People don't work without money, Blame the PC gaming companies for not helping MLG. All the money is with console gamers, EXCEPT for Starcraft which happens to be one of the biggest PC games out there.

It's not greed, it's just reality.

Yeah not because joysticks are less precise or anything. Maybe give the console gamers a FragFX? Or maybe they could give the PC gamers a trackball mouse and call it even.

OP: Kinda sad to see them dropping the World of Warcraft 3v3 arenas.
