Dead space 2 is brilliant.

I recommend this game to anyone that enjoys horror games and even if you don't, maybe just give it a try. It is a major improvement over the first game, graphics, story and gameplay is all improved. The multiplayer is not so great, it gets boring fast. The singleplayer however is worth every penny. I enjoyed it more than i enjoyed black ops, even though i didn't enjoy the first game. This is a real gem that should not be ignored and i am sure most would agree with me. I experienced no problems while playing the game (glitches, etc) so it is very polished, although i have heard a few problems about it.

So to sum up this incredibly short review here is my score out of 10: 9/10. I just wish it was longer, but i will probably replay it a few times. It was that much fun. This is of course my personal opinion and i don't expect everyone else to agree with me. Feel free to post your own personal opinions and ratings. I want to hear what you guys thought of it, but one rule: NO SPOILERS, this thread is for people who are unsure about dead space 2 and want a few opinions.

You can use fraps to show your framerate on any game.

It's fun but not scary.

Not scary at all.

I really felt it was great, but the replay value isn't too spectacular IMO. Beat it once, then beat it again on the hardest difficulty. After that, I guess multiplayer is there. Multiplayer is okay, nothing too special.

I really want to play it but I rarely put up 60 bucks for a game at release. I'll wait a couple months and probably pick it up during the summer sale.

LOL yeah, i guess it's not that scary, once you have gotten used to the scares. Then it just stays fun.

I have yet to get Dead Space 2, but I will eventually. Though, the last game I played that I thought was scary was Amnesia.
