Nah, just pay attention to your other sensors. Since your other temperatures look fine I'd say you shouldn't have any issues.

Sadly I'm unsure of how to "unstick" the sensor but I'd guess that there is no way since its physically on the die.

it will be fine its only stuck on idle will only go so low happens alot of 45nm cpus 1 of my q9550's did it.

It's very common for a 45nm Core2 CPU to have stuck sensors. This is because of the purpose for these sensors: they are designed to only be 100% accurate when the temperature gets very close to Tj. Max. In your CPU's case, the Tj. Max is roughly 95-100°C. This means the sensors would really only be 100% accurate if the cores were to very close to that (like perhaps 85°C, 90°C, or higher). This is because the CPU would need to either throttle itself down or turn itself off to prevent damage due to the heat if the Tj. Max were reached. So these sensors have to be 100% accurate up in that range.

So in other words: all that matters are your load temps. Idle temps actually don't mean anything at all. However, if your idle temps were causing these sensors to exceed approximately 50°C, then this would be a cause for concern. One of the reasons for this is because the accuracy of these sensors begins to increase at around 50°C. So this means that if the sensors are showing something less than 50°C, then all we can say is that the temperature is somewhere under 50°C, but we really can't say for sure what it actually is.

You see, Intel didn't design these sensors for us to use as veritable thermometers. But they left us with no choice. So our temperature reading methods are actually relatively crude.

Unfortunately, there's no way to un-stick these sensors. But fortunately, there's nothing wrong with your CPU at all. My sensors don't go any lower than 38°C when I'm using a Tj. Max of 100°C in Real Temp. But they definitely move once my temps exceed 38°C.

So in other words: there's absolutely nothing to worry about. Plus, your load temps are quite normal.
