I'm using 1 miniDP, 1 hdmi, and 1 dvi. HDMI and miniDP is converted to dvi. Works.

Just get a hdmi to dvi adapter, then use your existing hdmi cable?

Ok, so bought a dvi/hdmi adaptor (plugged into the monitor dvi port w/ hdmi coming into the adaptor) and now that one which wasnt working is, and the DP monitor isnt lol. also having problems getting the adapted monitor to go full screen (see picture, sorry only have my blackberry)

EDIT: Ok so all 3 are working now, its just that fullscreen problem with the on monitor. I dont think I had the DP plugged in all the way lol

if the one that is having the fullscreen issues is the HDMI then it is a known CCC issue. You will have to manually adjust the overscan correction on it. then try and set up the eyefinity.

I am glad you got it, I had the same issue when I was using my 5850's. That reason was the sole reason I jumped back to the green side. Hopefully they have corrected it some at least to the point where you don't have to do that upon every reboot.
