That's why I can't understand some people's fascination with a million cooling fans per case.
All that turbulent air in there makes no sense to me.
Turbulent air is actually significantly better for heat transfer, but it has to actually be going somewhere (i.e. massive in-case positive or negative pressure means the in-case air isn't moving anywhere). A good topic in itself, but better saved for another thread another day.

If the air isn't going out,why put so much in?
You're better to get it flowing somewhere first.
