I am already using my HDMI port on my card for my main monitor. Now If I wanted to run my second monitor(Aka my Tv) which also runs off HDMI what kind of adapter would I need?

Just switch to DVI for the main monitor. The cables are pretty much identical when it comes to the insides, and the image quality on both is 100% the same in practical use.

As others have said, use DVI for the monitor and HDMI for the TV. Same quality connection but HDMI carries sound as well which is good for media center applications.
