Can this board OC an X4 940 BE?

I am picking up a bundle deal from a local seller today. Bundle includes:

Phenom II 940 Black Edition
Asus M3A78
8GB Corsair XMS2

My main concern is whether the motherboard has power circuitry that is robust enough to support overclocking the 940 BE. I won't be going for any world records (system will be a server/HTPC) but I would like to get a nice OC on the CPU. The specs on Asus site (link above) say the board can support CPUs with up to 140W TDP but I know to take manufacturer's specs with a grain of salt...

Anyone have experience with this board?

It'll do it, but I wouldn't push it far. I put an overclock on a 920 with a gigabyte MA770-UD3, which is pretty similar. I got scared of frying mosfets well below the chip ran out of overclock headroom.

OK thanks for the confirmation. We'll see how the board does. If the CPU feels snappy enough at 3.3 - 3.5Ghz then maybe I will just stick with this board for the time being.

Those non-heatsinked mosfets do scare me though.
