Hey guys i just started building my first pc and went to start it up today but my mobo Asus crosshair iv formula is making a continuos beep noise along with the cpu light on the board staying red. the CPU is a AMD Phenom X6 1090t. I was wondering if there is any tips to know if my CPU came DOA or my motherboard has some sort of problem. wel i rechecked all the wiring too see it was connected right and it was, then i took the cpu out and took a look at it and thats when i noticed that some pins on the bottom were slightly off. there not bent or anything but when you hold it up to eye level there not all in a straight line. it was installed right so i dont think that was because of me. I sent in a RMA thru newegg.com im just hoping they dont blame it on me

*** Well i went ahead and fixed the pins myself now its all up and running. Thanks
