@kiwiasian well i know for afact according to the bios hdd check and hd tune that there are no errors in the hdd

Try reinstalling drivers? not saying that is the problem but in some cases it can be, and try eliminating cards... but most cases of card it would crash soon as desktop loading or while loading.

See if you have a bad sata too. Wouldn't hurt to check.

If there are no errors then it might be your sata cable going bad or otherwise you need to re-seat your heatsink and apply thermal properly or you caught a virus? Many theories but do take everyone's advice to de-bunk everything. Hope all is well for you!
