The more counts/passes you do is obviously better, and 25 is more than enough imho. Also, using extended testing is better when it comes to finding errors, so it seems like your settings are great for testing for ram errors.
Extended + More Passes is my only recommendation for testing using WMD. If you want to make sure your ram is absolutely 100% I recommend trying memtest86+ v4.0 and above, as well as prime95 on blend. Those are very useful tools I find when it comes to finding out whether or not your ram is unstable or has errors. Memtest86+ is probably better because it gives more detailed information on the particular error(s).
