Hello

So I modded my Cooler Master Geminii S with two 90MM fans that spin at 4400RPM and are rated for 80 CFM. I noticed an immediate 10 degree Celsius drop in temp but they ended up being so loud that I put the stock 120MM fan back on. Is there a way to quiet fans down? Is there a way I I can control them from Windows through my mother board?

I have a Gigabyte X58A-UD3R Rev 2 with an i7 950 in a NZXT Gamma case that currentl has 4 120MM fans and 2 80MM fans.

I have these fans

connecting them to the CPU PWM with this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-248-_-Product

I was thinking , is there something I can paint the housing of the fans in to reduces resonance?
