Yesterday i bought a new HDD (WD15EARS green) and there was some problems... When i copied files on it the OS has blocked... I tried to change SATA cable, i had problem to pulled out and then i pulled GPU from slot to change SATA cable,i returned GPU and i forget to returned power supply cable into GPU.
I turned on comp and i saw problem about it. I turned off again ruturned the power supply cable and turned on. After several sec. i lost a picture and on GPU switched on red indicator and after restart there was sound for missing GPU long bip and 2 short bip.
I turned off comp for a while... I tried 2,3 times to turned on/off comp but always the same problem there is the picture but disappears after a short time. Then i pulled out a battery from a mainboard and back in... Without success. Then i tried other power supply cables but that is not help me too.
I tried 2,3 times to pulled out GPU and back in but i get always the same problem.

I do not have idea what to do any more . Please help me.

p.s. Sorry if my english is confused

Sounds a bit confusing, but i think i understand your problem.
Anyway, have you tried taking out the CMOS battery for about 10 secs?
Otherwise, try cleaning your PCI-E slot with compressed air, also check if its mounted correctly also the GPU cable.
Other hardware may also interfere with the GPU, but this doesnt seem like the problem.
If those things do not work, try with another PSU or another GPU.

Good luck with your problem (:

EDIT: Don't hestiate to message me, im willing to help you out.

I do not have compressor or compressed air in can . I many times tried GPU cable to put in on.

Is it danger when you pull out power supply cabel from GPU and then turn on PC? I did that accidentally.

I am planning to go to my friend and to test GPU on his PC.

It should not have taken any damage, if it has then return the card to your retailer. Modern cards as yours will refuse to run 3D graphics and turn off if you forget to plug in the PCI-E Power connector.
