i dont know about price but if the talon attack is much higher priced in ur area then u might b better off with normal hawk.....in my area the hawk was phased out being replaced by the talon version at the same price point......and dont even consider the gtx 470...it and gtx 480 r the worst fermi cards ever....insane power draws and more heat not gud imo.....so either stick with gtx 460 or get a msi gtx 560ti twin frozr as someone suggested....
and i would also like to tell u that at the same clock the gtx 560 is around 8% faster than gtx 460...so if u can justify the extra cost go with gtx 560......

is there that much of a difference between the talon attack and cyclone? can i just get the cyclone and save 20 bucks

the major diff is in cooling and by a huge margin and stock clocks(huge factory oc)......and hawks are a bit more oc'able that the cyclones thats about it......and 7+1power phase on hawk other than that no difference.....

I would have to say the Cyclone, Im running to in sli and overlclocked to 880 and still dont see temps higher the 65-70 on the two cards.

of the two, the hawk would be better.

you could also try the gigabyte SOC card which seems to go to 900c on stock volts easy
