Should be this one then:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817101021

Powering a GTX 460 would be a case of nip and tuck. literally.

Why would it be nip and tuck?

You can see the power rating of your PSU and the power requirement of your GPU.

Hey come on nothing to be worried about . I am giving you my p.o.v. It would work.

ok. I thought you meant it wouldn't work or it wouldn't fit. The one I have know is freaking huge lol. and after talking to Velocity Micro they use the same power supply option for a similar video card.

Oh, and I see what you are saying, the one I have now needs a 550 watt, which I already have and the one I'm looking at needs a minimum of a 450 Watt power supply. (Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 24 Amps.) so............yeah
post #37 of 43
Didn't you wrote 550W back there? The link i gave you should be of your PSU. You said its 550W.

Save up of some and give the wife your current system after you get a new one... Plus you will want a monitor that can do 1920X1080 as that has become the standard now...
by what you say your x6 is outdated to... you spend all that money on a bad cpu

hopefully you wont have a problem but , its a low end psu with 2 rails. That would scare me running a 150$ card.

how is it outdated when all I do is play a game that is not technically advanced lol. I bought my computer a while ago to and on top of that I have already bought and installed the card and it runs great. Someone on this board already told me it should run fine, I took their advice and it does. Thank you.
