Need help making a decision on painting my CPU block

Thread Starter
I have the coolest friend ever and he gave me a brand new EK supreme HF full copper. The thing is though, my color scheme is black and white. I was considering painting the outside copper of the block white. Should I do this or leave it copper? Thanks for the input.

I have experience doing this. I painted the inside of my black ek acrylic reservoir white so that I could keep a black and white style look. Could you be more specific about why it's "REAL BAD" lol

Anyways, painting it would be find, but I would be wary of how durable it would be. The block is brushed copper right? I would think the paint would stick, but if you happen to rub it with your finger or something it might peel.

Then again, your going to be careful with a block like that anyways so I say go for it.

Oh, it might get a textured look because it isn't totally flat, but enough coats should take care of that.

No problem with painting the block, as long as you get the paint to stick it shouldn't cause any problems. Make sure to protect the threads and the inside of the block somehow so you don't get paint on them.
