you could run 2 on a nice 550w psu your psu is just fine.

750 = yes and GTX560SLI > 580

I run 2 on a 750hx and replaced a GTX580, glad I did. Cooler, faster, same price. Can also split them up.

Yes, I know I can't add a second GTX580 later, someone will say it. Something better will come out later though.

Something better always comes along; the fact still stands that no amount of GTX560s will beat two GTX580s.
