Buy.com exchange with Sandy Bridge boards

Even knowing full well the issues with the 6 series chipset, I am wanting to pull the trigger and get a Gigabyte p67a ud3 board. I have found them in stock at Buy.com. My questions are what are your thoughts on Buy.com, how are they with returns, and customer service? I am figuring that if I buy it, I can RMA it when the new boards are out, and either RMA with Buy.com, or directly with gigabyte. Does this sound like it will be pretty painless?

EDIT: Nevermind...Product pulled from the site, but they don't tell you until final checkout.

So next question...does anyone know where we can get this board at a reasonable price?

No reputable retailer will knowingly sell you a defective/recalled product, sorry. You can take a chance and buy used... but of course you'll need the seller to help with returning it once the new chipsets arrive.

I know what you're saying. I did find one through Amazon at a reasonable price, and am just waiting to see if it actually ships. The in stock number went down when I bought it and it is in a shipping soon status now. I will likely just deal directly with Gigabyte for the RMA.

Well, they processed the order, and then cancelled it and gave a refund plus $2.00, so that was a no go....looks like I'll be waiting until April.
