Oh okay.... got it. So I should have bought 12gb (3 packs of 2x2 ram) instead of just two packs..

Sheesh.... I am going to have to hide the third pack from the wifey when I buy it....

But basically, yeah. You could alternatively use 3x 2GB sticks, but then you'd have one 2GB stick left over which you would have no use for. So your two options now on the RAM front would be to sell all the RAM and buy a 3x 2GB kit or to buy a third RAM kit like you say

Before moving your drive to the new board, boot into safe mode, and scoot into device manager, and uninstall everything, even parts that will be transferred, and skip all attempts to make you reboot. When device mangler is empty, then shut down and move the drive to the new rig. Then just boot normally with the new setup. You'll have to reboot several times for it to detect everything, but it should be fine.

I see... I will just run with three as suggested and wait till next week to get wo get another 2x2 pack.

Switched over to Seth, my HP G70 Laptop. Running Symantec Ghost on Isis now;I found a 60 GB laptop HDD that came from my PS3. I am going to clone my OS over to that using the Thermaltake Blacx, do what you guys suggested (a clean install) and see if I can move my programs back to the original HDD, without hunting down all of my programs throughout the house again.

UPDATE:

Installed the 2 GTX 465 cards, the 8800 GTS Superclocked card for Physx and 6gb of RAM. After forgetting that my Matrox Triple Head 2 Go was not configured for the new graphics set up, I plugged up the 22" monitors directly on to the card and rebooted.

It booted straight into Windows. Right now, I am running the installation disk that came with the motherboard, once I get things running smoothly, I will look into the SLi/Physx setup.

Pros:

Extremely fast in boot up
Quite Intel fan
Enough USB ports in rear for using the front panel setup

Cons:
No Digital Output jack
Have to install new watercolling system to compensate for size of the i7 platform.
