Air flow puzzle that needs solving

Now in picture #1 you can see I have to 2 Intakes in the front, 1 exhaust in the rear, and 1 exhaust up top. My Graphics card (Like any normal card) sucks its air from the bottom but it's blowing its exhaust out the side of my case as you can see in picture #2. Now I wanted to get a side intake fan but wouldn't that just create a vortex of hot air in my gpu?..Also soon I'm going to be getting a H50 for my CPU and that turns my rear exhaust into an Intake. So is the hot air thatd normally go out the back going to just go straight out the top?

you should install the h50 as an exhaust. since your graphics card doesnt send hot air back into the case the air in the h50 wont even be that warmer than if it was intaking.

I was thinking about it..But I've heard negative things about doing so..I do plan on a push pull setup though. But I just pulled the side of my case off slightly enough to fit my hand in and theres pretty much no difference between the ambient temperature out of the case and in..If anything it felt cooler inside haha..But at load it might be different, wish I had a case tempature I could look at.

A side intake wouldn't hurt temperatures any, in fact, the increased airflow will probably help. And keep the H50 as intake, the warm air from the side exhaust of the GPU will not help matters, on its' way towards the exhaust fans.
