Full tower case with false floor?

I'm out-growing my Lexa S so I'm looking at full towers. I like the NZXT Phantom, but I wanna to do some cool cable management so I would like a case with a false floor built in. I like the design of the Silverstone TJ07, but it's way out of my budget. What full tower cases with false floors are out there for less than $200?

Many older model Lian Li cases had the feature. Look for a used V-2xxx (V2000, V2120, etc.). Sometimes they sell for $500, sometimes they sell for $50.

Check out the pictures of this case. See how theres a metal panel separating the PSU area from the rest of the case?

the Antec P193 is a bit bland in the inside but it has a false floor, so it pretty much counts.
The Antec P series have false floors, although I don't think the P180 mini has one.

Lian Li cases sometimes have false floors but those are already way past your budget.

The Thermaltake Element S looks like a good case, even though it really is made by thermaltake. I am not sure about the noise levels but airflow and the falsefloor are not problems.

It's over-recommended but it seems like you're practically ASKING for a 700/800D... If you can find a used on in your price range.

Why should he get something THAT expensive? He doesn't really need it. The obsidian 800D and 700D are made for heavy watercoolers, the airflow for them aren't very good, he's only got a Corsair H70.

The airflow in the 700D/800D is incredible given there are up to 4 fans blowing in and out of that beast watercooled or not. You can sorta-kinda fit a 360 rad up top... or 3x120mm fans... duh.

I just saw the ABS Black Pearl case today in a picture. It looked awesome, the motherboard is on the opposite side, which is perfect for my desk, and it has a false floor a good window.

What happened to it though? I can't find it for sale anywhere and I don't see it on Ebay either.
