Yeah under water. My loop goes first to my gpu so I'm getting really low gpu temps and slightly higher CPU temps. 1.325v 4.2ghz 67-70 and gpu maxing at 1.125v 900 core 45c max. It's like 60 degrees outside. Sorry for the confusion lol

Ive wondered about OCCT's validity on the fermi 5x0 series because of the built in power limiter.

Now im probably being simple, but how can test be accurate if the power limiter kicks in and down throttles the card dynamically ???
In this scenerio your not testing your desired clocks 100% of the time are you ??

I know from testing my 570 that the higher the clocks/voltage, the lower the fps and power consuption.... Evidence the power limiter was kicking in.
So how could i call those tests valid ?
