Ikari Laser, Xia, or another DeathAdder?

Im in the market for a new mouse. My 2 year old DeathAdder is starting to show its age. Recently during heavy use during CSS sessions the tracking has been been way off, when I pick up the mouse off the pad to move to reset my location it starts to go crazy for a split second. Before I had the DeathAdder I had an MX518 which is one of my favorite mice of all time but I dont like how it has prediction. I am really interested in the Ikari Laser because the ergonomics look just spectacular.

Out of the 3 what would you recommend for mainly CSS play? Accuracy is key and im a very low sensitivity player.

If I had to choose from those 3 I would go with the new DA 3.5 Black.

I only have the Xai and DeathAdder, so I'll answer you only between them.
althrough I held the Ikari in store And i can tell you that is the most comfortable mouse I've ever held.

The Xai felt more accuraty for me in CS 1.6 and CSS, the DeathAdder got great sensor which is perfect non-issues of accel. or tracking, but, the Xai's sensor got lowered drastically "perfect control" by Cloth/Soft Surfaces - which get you negative accel.
and If you on HARD surfaces, you'll get 10% of POSITIVE accel, some cant even noticeable that.

In term of ergonomic - DA is better not matter what, but is all up to you really..

How old is your mouse exactly? I mean, I know you stated 2 years, but if it's before the purchase date, you still might be able to RMA your current DA.

Anyway, between the 3 mice, I find my self enjoying the new DA3.5G Black Edition a lot more than the Xai and the Ikari shape wise as a palm grip. Although, if you happen to claw, chances are you might prefer the smaller and ambidextrous shape of the Xai.

The Xai feels very similar to the original Intellimouse 1.1, but I personally can't justify spending $90 on a mouse that only carries a 1 year warranty to my continent (North America). Sensor wise, the ADNS-9500 while good, does have issues on cloth surfaces like avinin1 has stated, but they may or may not effect you depending on how sensitive you are to inconstant movements.

If soft i would get a deathadder. The Xai's sensor doesn't do to well on soft pads.. Honestly i find my deathaddy really comfy and it tracks fine.

I dont see the fuss about a deathadder. The new one is horrible. High lift off issues and the sensor does not feel accurate on any surface. Maybe if you dont lift off its fine.

How bout a RAT 5? If not, another death adder is the best choice
