How do you organize your applications?

Thread Starter
Hi all. I am most likely going to purchase an ssd when I get my tax return. I will obviously put my OS on the drive, and it was my intention to put my most used software on there as well. I am, by far, not a stranger to windows, but up until now, I have never installed software other than the windows designated programs folder on the C drive. So, I was wondering how you folks with limited ssd space organize you software between multiple drives.

Thanks,
GINK

Anime is on F (250gb seagate)
Games are on H (500gb seagate)
Music is on D (120gb seagate)
Backups are partially on each drive(H has some of D and F ect.) and G (1TB external)

Some person said if its on C its as good as gone

Most small software is on C (Hwmonitor, delphi)
Maybe Put a game or 2 on your SSD

C: Everything
X: Everything else.

I keep all installers, steam backup games and various media on X:
When I want to play game, reinstall through the steam backup utility.
In a few seconds, it's ready to go.
Inactive ones are removed from the SSD.
