Seriously, don't say that. With mandatory internet filtering being introduced in 4 months I think (with no list with the things being blocked released) and having one of the worst internet in the first world (NBN is still in its infancy) we are probably worse off than brazil.

I actually feel sorry for the guy, he shared a product he paid for. He probably did break the terms of service but that should mean that they'd just cut his internet wouldn't it?

Brazil is not a 3rd world country. They have the world's 8th largest nominal GDP. They are pretty low if you measure GDP per capita though.

this is sad, what about internet cafe's, deli with free wifi service where u have to purchase before u can use their internet?

and he was splitting the bill rather than over charging his neighbours...
