Black Artifacts with Two GTX 460's SLI - Page 2

Ugh I really hate the fact that I have to come back to this again. So it turns out I spoke too soon, the damn black lines came back. So I've googled some more and found that it could be an overheating problem as these lines would only show up in Mafia II when your GPU overheats according to the article. So I decided to crank the fans up to 70% and that solved the problem but the mind boggling part about this was that the temps were the same as before.

I always monitor my GPU temp with an On-screen display and it never went over 60 degrees, now if what they're saying is true then that can either mean that my cards can't handle well under 60 degrees or the GPU temp monitor from Afterburner is broken. I've always thought the temperature threshold was much greater than 60 for any cards. Also I've realized that my GPU's are running a lot hotter now, about 10 degrees hotter ever since I changed the SLI bridge. It could be because I OCed my CPU to 3.8GHZ with much success after changing the bridge but I'm not sure how that can have any effect on my cards.
