I'd say MSI Twin Frozr II GTX 560 Ti over any AMD 6950 1GB or go with the Sapphire AMD 6950 2GB. It's up to you and your preference.

Nvidia offers Physx, CUDA, and dual monitors on the card. AMD offers Eyefinity 3 monitors per card and UVD 3 which supports MPEG-4, DivX, and Xvid hardware support.

The rest they both cover equally well including 1.4a HDMI support which can provide 3D Blu-ray or gaming with glasses and 120Mhz refresh rate monitor. Nvidia however does 3D better and AMD requires 3rd party support for 3D rendering.

Choose what suits your needs better. Either way both will be great cards for different reasons. Choosing Nvidia vs AMD is like trying to pick out which apple is more red when they both taste just as good.

Don't let fan boys distort your decision. LOL.

If you get the MSI Twin Frozr GTX 560 Ti card you'll love the high qaulity components and cooling for overclocking. EVGA is great as well. If you go with the AMD 6850 2GB go Sapphire reference card to unlock if still possible to 6970 specs with bios flash. Sapphire has the most satisfied customers over any other maker for AMD hands down.
