What are some good case fans?

So I have 6 fans total in my CM690, plus 2 on my CPU cooler... and I still have room for 2 more on the side panel. A few months ago I started hearing clicking noises coming from my case and it turned out to be my Antec Tri-Cool fans. I have 3 of those plus the 3 that came with the case, which I would assume are Cooler Master fans, but those seem fine. But all 3 Antec fans seem to be clicking now and it gets quite annoying.

So I wanted to get new fans but then I ran into a problem... the 3 Antec fans are not the normal 3-pin header fans, they are 4 pin molex fans, which is good because I don't have enough headers on my board for that many fans, but I haven't been able to find any decent fans that are molex. I thought about getting a fan controller but it kind of seemed like I was getting carried away because it would cost me like $150 just to add new fans to my case... I might as well just buy a new case.

TLDR: What I need are good cheap fans that use 4-pin molex connectors and are somewhat cheap (<$15 a fan) and I would prefer blue LED fans but I can live without that.

Scythe Ultra Kaze 120x38mm brought my temps down like 6 degrees. Also panaflos are decent.

I also should add that I want to buy them off Newegg for the 20% discount and I would prefer blue LED fans but could live without that.

Not IMO. Good static pressure, good CFM, kinda loud though. but like I said, went from medium speed yate loons to these and dropped 6*

You could always get a cheap fan controller like a sunbeam rheobus.

Coolermaster R4's are decent especially if you want led fans. I bought an antec tricool and a cm r4 to compare. The tricool is definitely louder as far as motor whine, but the r4 is slightly higher pitched although you can't hear it until probably 80%-100% vs tricool you can hear between 40 and 60% (i.e. R4 moves more air while staying quiet). Just one con for the r4 is build quality. The tricool has thicker plastic (blades at least). The r4 won IMO so I bought 5 of them. I have yet to get my rig in a case though so I can't give a complete answer.

Also yate loons but I don't know if they come with molex adapters.

In any case if you want fans that move a decent amount of air they won't be silent at full speed, so I'd recommend getting at least a cheap fan controller. Unless of course you don't mind a little noise and dust building up faster.

*edit*
If you want GOOD fans that have any static pressure look at 38mm thick ones. Forget about the weak 25mm and get the real thing like panaflo, san ace, delta. They put any weak led fan to shame. I wouldn't pay the outrageous prices for deltas and such, tbh I wouldn't pay much more than ~$15 per fan for the case. Get them off ebay or something lol.

$20 a fan? I don't consider that cheap at all... considering the number of fans I have to replace that is like $150? No thanks.

Those don't even look like they have the 4 pin molex connectors like I need... unless I am not seeing it in the pictures.
