Freezing is generally related to RAM and/or HDD issues. Test both. Use HD Tune for an error scan on your HDD and run Memtest86+ on your RAM (one stick at a time) for at least three passes, if not more.
Thank you kind sir!!!!!!! Just bored and getting frustrated. I thought mabey nobody liked me!!!!

i have been having lockup's with all my nvidia 400 series cards ever since I updated to the latest drivers. its been one week and yet not fix..

you could join the nvidia lockup club...
http://forums.nvidia.com/index.php?showtopic=187401

but since you are using 200 series cards, maybe its just some driver issues? just my 2 cents

Well prime 95, has been running all day! I am not sure how to turn up the priorty ( heard you can make the test harder) But it has been running blend for over 12 hrs. And i used hd-tune , 4 times and scanned hdd with no bad sectors. So i guess i need to check the ram now!
Again i want to think everyone for there help. I would like to isolate the freeze, before i take the gpu out next week.

Check your ram temps and GPU temp and HDD temps. That's what usually will cause the freeze or crash. My Redlines run hot I have to cool it with a ram cooler. Run Furmark for your GPU if it crashes or freezes you'll know it's the GPU. For ram, I'd just touch your ramsinks and if they feel way too hot you'll know. For HDD like someone already said try HDTUNE, and you can just easily touch the top of your hard drive if it feels way too hot then it is. I know my HDD run a bit hot so I put some el cheapo 1,200 RPM Cooler Master fans I got from an SVC deal 4 for $10.00.

Ok cool! I checked my hard drive with hd tune it had 0 bad sectors and temp stayed around (30)

here are a few benchmarks one looks funky but i had stuff running ??????
I ran prime 95 on blend checking cpu and mem so think im good there!
Is there any other way to check my ram besides memtest booting from a disk???

So i ran furmark today for nearly 5 hrs, temp was around 84'c. I stuck a fan on the side cooled it down to around 81'c. I think my card was overheating before, No freezes so far. ??????? Fingers crossed
ps.. installed a fan on the side, temps around 78-79 now!!!
