What a colossal waste of money(the boards) for a 24/7 rig regardless of if you are OC'ing or not you do not need to spend so much on a mobo. Case in point my X58 LE will oc my Xeons just as well as Classy or RIIIE would; my mate just got a 2500k and the basic Asus P8P67 and that handled oc'ing with no problems.

Scratch the Phenom II and buy an i5 760. They are more cost effective. Buy the 2GB GTX 560.
