you just barely made the cutoff...minimum for yours system is 460W and 40A but you're right there with 700W and 44A...amperage is very important...you just barely squeezed by, but if you overclock to say 3.2 your minimum is about 500W and 42A...do you see how close you are to full load on that one rail? that of course is for cpu and gpu at 90%, but personally I'd recommend going with 50A...

that said, that is a personal recommendation...you can do it on 44A, but you might suffer a psu failure later on...

also, psu as well as other parts when running cause degradation...so in essence, your 44A might be 42A now...you know? so just something to keep in mind...not to mention a motherboard that has been used a lot and a processor and other components with aging draw more current...

so the problems you might have been having could be attributed to that

I wouldn't trust it it's a generic, probably does about 200-450w, 100w max if it's a leadman.

get a new PSU to be safe or squeak by splitting the load across rails.

Yes, you will be fine.
I'm running 570 and 260 with corsair 650w with 8 led fans and 12gb ram and i play tons of game. My psu handles it easily.
But still consider upgrading in future.
